After YEARS of trying to get antibodies to work on a hemi embryo... It has finally happened!!! 

I had to treat the embryos with Trypsin (yes, stephen I should have listened to you!) and acetone.  The embryos got a bit damaged, but you can definitely see somites!  I am also showing my 2 controls:  Ambystoma mexicanum & Xenopus leavis.
